The role of the Board
The Board of Directors is the governing body of the cooperative. It sets the strategic direction, oversees management and is accountable to the members' meeting.
As a community cooperative, the Board pays particular attention to the impact of its decisions on the area and on the community of Pentone and the Presila Catanzarese.
