2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the distance selling of products and services through the website lecinqueicone.com, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree 70/2003.
3. Products and prices
Prices shown on the website are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, without any effect on orders already confirmed.
Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the product actually delivered, due to the handcrafted nature of our items.
4. Ordering process
The order is considered complete when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel the order in the event of:
- the product being unavailable;
- obvious errors in the price shown;
- failure to pay by bank transfer within the required time.
In the event of cancellation, we will refund the full amount paid within 14 days.
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer: the order is prepared once payment has been received. Bank details are shown on the order confirmation page and in the confirmation email. Payment reference: order number (e.g. LCI-2025-00001).
- PayPal: immediate payment through PayPal (credit/debit card or PayPal balance). The order is processed as soon as payment is confirmed.

8. Legal guarantee
All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Articles 128–135). In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to request the repair or replacement of the goods or, in the cases provided for by law, a price reduction or termination of the contract. 9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit arising from the use of, or inability to use, the products purchased.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the place where the consumer resides or is domiciled has jurisdiction. For out-of-court dispute resolution you can use the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
11. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the website and do not apply to orders already confirmed.
