Returns and right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

Under Article 52 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal you can:

• Send an email to info@lecinqueicone.com with the subject "Withdrawal order [order number]";
• Fill in and send the withdrawal form attached to the purchase communication.

The notice must be sent within 14 days from the date you received the products. You will receive an email confirming that your withdrawal has been registered.

Returning the products

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the products. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Products must be returned:

• in their original packaging or equivalent packaging;
• unused, not consumed and in the same condition in which you received them;
• together with all accessories and documents included.

Refund

Once we have received the products and checked their condition, we will refund the full amount paid (including the original standard shipping costs) within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Perishable products (honey, jams, fresh small fruits) which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly;
• Personalised or made-to-measure products made to the customer's specific request;
• Products whose seal has been opened after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or food safety.

Defective or incorrect products

If you have received a defective product or a product different from the one ordered, contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@lecinqueicone.com. We will replace the product or give you a full refund, including return costs.
